DUBAI • APRIL 16-20, 2019
Dubai is a city of superlatives. The words first, tallest, deepest, largest, lavish, outlandish, and sumptuous aptly define Dubai. Here is Burj Khalifa, the tallest artificial structure in the world, the Dubai Fountain, the world’s largest choreographed fountain system, Burj Al Arab, the world’s only seven-star property, the Dubai Miracle Garden, the world’s largest flower garden with 45 million flowers. Here is where you find a series of 200 man-made islands in the shape of the countries of the world, an indoor ski resort, and let’s not forget that the police cars are Ferraris and Lamborghinis.
Here is where modernism coexists with tradition, 21st century technology with a heritage dating back to 3000 BC. The desert is barren and beautiful, the horizon dotted by camels, only today the camels carry riders using cell phones.
Dubai is one of the seven emirates that make up the country known as the United Arab Emirates or simply the “Emirates” or the “UAE.” Located on the southeast coast of the Persian Gulf with a population of 2,327,000 residents, Dubai is the most populous city in the United Arab Emirates. Unlike the other Emirates, Dubai’s wealth is not driven by oil but by tourism.
So they’ve created a grown up’s Disneyland on steroids.
Come, join us on our visit to Dubai. The memories will rival those of your spectacular diving in the Maldives.

CAMEL DESERT SAFARI
Take a step back in time and experience Dubai as it was 50 years ago. Your camel desert safari will take you on a stunning 45-minute journey through the desert on a traditional camel convoy. This is the most authentic way to trace the footsteps of Bedouin travelers.
Your Bedouin camp, lit with the gentle flames of traditional lamps, is nestled inside a private Royal desert retreat. As our guest, you will participate in cultural activities such as henna tattooing, falconry, music, dance, bread making and will provide the opportunity to learn how to prepare a local recipe handed down from generation to generation, before enjoying a scrumptious dinner under the stars. UAE History comes to life in this once-in-a-lifetime heritage event.
